- Achieve sales targets and business growth for the Specimen Management portfolio.
- Develop and manage key accounts, including hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood banks, and channel partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
- Collaborate with marketing, application, and service teams to ensure superior customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and business reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Specimen Management, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
