Job Title: Assistant Manager HR

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager HR with strong experience in Global HR MIS, HR Analytics, and HRIS systems. The role will be responsible for managing HR data, generating global workforce reports, maintaining HR dashboards, supporting leadership decision-making through analytics, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. The incumbent will work closely with HR teams across multiple geographies to deliver timely insights and drive data-driven HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & Reporting

- Manage end-to-end HR MIS reporting for global operations across multiple regions and business units.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards.
- Generate reports related to headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems and reports.

HR Analytics

- Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards using reporting and visualization tools.
- Support strategic HR initiatives through data analysis and predictive workforce metrics.
- Track key HR KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

HR Systems & Data Management

- Maintain employee master data and organizational structures within HRIS platforms.
- Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and regional HR teams to ensure accurate data management.
- Support system upgrades, data audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors for HR system enhancements and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with global HR teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Support leadership reviews, business presentations, and workforce planning discussions.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analytical support to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related discipline.
- 48 years of experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, or HR Operations with exposure to global HR processes.
- Experience supporting multi-country or global workforce reporting.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros preferred).
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced global environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in workforce analytics, predictive HR analytics, and dashboard automation.
- Exposure to global shared HR services environments.
- Certification in HR Analytics, Power BI, or advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
