Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Product Management to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing BRDs and FRDs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of digital products and business solutions.

This role requires a candidate who can understand business objectives, translate them into functional requirements, prioritize product features, and support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

* Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

* Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.

* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Wireframes, and Functional Specifications.

* Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.

* Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for current initiatives.

* Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Product Management

* Work closely with Product Managers to define product vision and roadmap.

* Translate business requirements into clear product features and functional specifications.





* Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.

* Support feature planning, release planning, and sprint execution in Agile environments.

* Track product performance and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and analytics.

Stakeholder Management

* Act as the liaison between business users, development teams, QA, and management.

* Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement and implementation-related queries.

* Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

* Present product requirements, workflows, and project updates to stakeholders.

* Documentation & Process Management

Prepare and maintain:

* BRD (Business Requirement Document)

* FRD (Functional Requirement Document)

* SRS (Software Requirement Specification)

* User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

* Process Flow Diagrams

* Wireframes and Mockups

* Workflow Documentation

* Release Notes

* SOPs and User Manuals

* Maintain complete project documentation and version control.

* Testing & Quality Assurance

Required Skills

* Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering and Requirement Analysis.

* Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, and User Stories.

* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

* Understanding of SDLC and STLC.

* Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

* Strong documentation and presentation skills.
