Role & responsibilities :

• Generate accurate cash flow projection comparing historical data and current financial trends.

• Collect data from Banks on daily basis.

• Analyze variances by tracking actual versus forecasted cash flow and provide detailed analysis and explanations for any significant variances.

• Monitor daily cash balances across ATMs to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs and optimize cash utilization.

• Prepare proper indenting for Banks to issue cash and ATMs to be loaded with cash on daily basis.

• Ensure Factor of safety (FOS)as per SLA is always maintained.

• Ensure ATMs do not run out of cash (Cash outs)

• Prepare and distribute cash flow reports for customers and internal reviews.

• Identify and implement improvements to the forecasting process, through continuous learning to increase accuracy and efficiency.
