Key Responsibilities:

- Support AI model evaluation, validation, and data generation activities across STEM domains including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Engineering
- Solve, review, and validate domain-specific STEM problems with high accuracy
- Create, evaluate, and improve reasoning-based responses and explanations generated by AI models
- Review technical and academic content for correctness, clarity, and quality
- Perform annotation, evaluation, and quality assurance tasks as per project guidelines
- Analyze complex problems and provide expert-level feedback to improve AI model performance
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality while working on high-volume, quality-driven projects

Key Requirements:

- Masters or PhD degree with a strong research background in a relevant STEM discipline




- Published research papers under the candidates own name (Mandatory)Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to review and explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Robust written communication skills
- Experience with AI evaluation, annotation, academic review, or technical validation is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- PhD in relevant STEM fields
- Experience with AI/ML projects, model evaluation, or data generation workflows
- Coding/programming expertise for coding-based STEM categories
- Experience with peer-reviewed publications and advanced technical researc
