We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Executive to support our enterprise sales team by generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, coordinating with customers, and preparing proposals. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Hardware, Networking, Office Automation, or IT Infrastructure sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify potential customers in Corporate, SMB, Government, Education, Healthcare, and BFSI sectors.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Engagement

- Understand customer IT infrastructure requirements.
- Conduct initial qualification calls and gather business requirements.
- Present company offerings and coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team.




- Follow up regularly with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Proposal & Sales Support

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing and product availability.
- Assist the sales team in preparing RFP/RFQ responses and tender-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer data and opportunity status in CRM.

Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with the Sales, Technical, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead status, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely follow-up until order closure.
