Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head HR and Operations for our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US Staffing, along with proven expertise in driving HR strategy, operational excellence, workforce planning, payroll management, compliance, and business performance. This leadership role will play a key part in scaling operations, enhancing productivity, and supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition for Healthcare Staffing, IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, and OPT Recruitment teams.
- Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build leadership capability through succession planning and talent development programs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.

Operations





- Manage end-to-end US Staffing operations across IT Staffing, Healthcare Staffing, and Bench Sales.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, and performance metrics.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, time management systems, and operational compliance.
- Develop and monitor performance dashboards, MIS reports, and operational KPIs.
- Improve delivery standards, floor management, and resource utilization.
- Implement process improvements and corrective action plans to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the US Staffing industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing both HR and US Staffing Operations.
- Strong expertise in IT Staffing, Healthcare Staffing, Bench Sales, and recruitment operations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management and time management systems is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of HR policy development, implementation, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
