Job Summary : The IT & System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, networks, firewalls, ERP systems, backups, CCTV, EPABX systems, antivirus management, and overall IT support operations. The role requires ensuring system security, business continuity, user support, hardware/software maintenance, and smooth functioning of all IT-related operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, networks, printers, CCTV, and EPABX systems.
- Administer user accounts, system access, software updates, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor and secure network infrastructure, Sophos Firewall, antivirus systems, and cybersecurity controls.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Navision ERP, including database security, backups, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure regular data backups, disaster recovery readiness, and cloud backup management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, MIS records, software licenses, and coordinate IT procurement activities.
- Provide technical support and timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues.
- Monitor CCTV operations, recording systems, and communication infrastructure for uninterrupted functioning.
- Coordinate hardware repairs, maintenance,



and vendor support for IT equipment and peripherals.
- Support operational system activities, reporting, and periodic software administration tasks.
- Ensure minimal system downtime, efficient IT operations, and compliance with organizational IT policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified Skilled (MCP)
- CCNA / Networking Certification
- Sophos Firewall Certification
- ITIL or equivalent (preferred)

Required Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in IT Administration / System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server Administration
- Network & Firewall Management
- Sophos Firewall
- Microsoft Navision ERP Support
- CCTV & EPABX Systems
- Backup & Recovery Management
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and antivirus management.
- Experience in server maintenance and user management.
- Knowledge of cloud backup systems and disaster recovery.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
