We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented in Project Incharge & Interior work manager who specializes in luxury villa and high-end apartment interiors. The ideal candidate must have 7-15 years of proven experience in managing civil & interior works, with a focus on premium-quality finishes, attention to detail, and timely project delivery.

The candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deep technical knowledge of interior execution standards.

Role & responsibilities

- Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day site activities for luxury villa and high-end apartment interiors.
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP workers, tile installers, and other labor teams.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress.
- Team & Vendor Coordination
- Supervise and guide skilled workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Quality Control
- Ensure high-quality finishes, detailing, and materials in line with luxury standards.
- Inspect works regularly to ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and issue logs.




- Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to management.
- Material & Resource Management
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources as per project requirements.
- Verify quality and quantity of materials received at the site.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 7-15 years in luxury residential interior projects.
- Specialization: Villas, luxury flats, and high-end interior fit-outs.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, false ceiling, flooring, MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings & technical specifications.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Knowledge of interior finishing works (carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, aluminum, etc.)
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: 40000 - 100000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
