Program Manager Insurance Technology

Role Purpose Lead and govern multiple customer implementations and support engagements, ensuring successful delivery of IAN products and solutions across enterprise clients. Drive portfolio-level oversight across implementation, integration, QA, data validation, cloud deployment, and support functions to achieve delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Govern customer implementations, support engagements, and delivery streams.
- Manage program planning, resource allocation, and forecasting.
- Ensure delivery of commitments, milestones, and support transitions.
- Oversee risks, dependencies, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, Analysts, QA, Data, Support).
- Drive workflow automation adoption (Camunda, n8n, Apache Camel).
- Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.




- Enable smooth transition from implementation to production support.
- Champion continuous improvement across delivery and operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 18-21 years in program/delivery management, preferably in P&C; Insurance.
- Expertise in enterprise software implementations, workflow automation, BPMN platforms.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, data migration, and Azure cloud deployments.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and customer escalations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with North America/Europe insurance carriers.

Desired Skills

- Exposure to intelligent automation, AI-enabled solutions, SaaS/InsurTech platforms.
- PMP, PgMP, Protected, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
