About the Company

Bird Delhi General Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. (BDGAS) is a leading provider of Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. BDGAS is a joint venture between the Bird Group and GMR Group, serving business aviation operators, aircraft owners, charter companies, and corporate flight departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business development strategies to increase FBO and MRO revenues.

* Manage relationships with aircraft owners, operators, charter companies, OEMs, brokers, and corporate flight departments.

* Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with operations, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

* Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts,



and support revenue growth initiatives.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

* Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic business development reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

* 5–10 years of experience in aviation, FBO, MRO, airline, charter, airport, or related B2B service industries.

* Strong network within the business aviation ecosystem will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen and result orientation.

* Willingness to travel as required.
