Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Executive. The Export Executive will play a crucial role in retaining and growing customer accounts, developing markets for recent products, and identifying new customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Export Executive will be assigned a set of existing customers.



And they will be responsible for both retaining and growing these customer accounts under the guidance of the department head.
- Assist in developing the market for new devices being introduced.
- Identify new customers from a database of prospective customers obtained from industry exhibitions and senior management meetings.
- Initiate contact with these prospective customers through emails and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and accurately to any product-related queries received from customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for achieving assigned export sales targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ECE/Electrical/Physics or related technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
