Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end logistics Management charter for Wishlink, from Seller pickups to last mile delivery and Reverse Pickups.
- Drive core Order fulfilment KPIs Delivery TAT, RTO, First Mile pickup performance, First Attempt Delivery Conversions, NDR, Reverse Pickup performance etc. and continuously optimize them through data-backed problem solving.
- Work closely with 3PL account managers to resolve operational issues & improve service levels.
- Collaborate with Customer support team and provide prompt resolution to user queries.
- Collaborate with partner Sellers & 3PL Logistic partners and protectively resolve first Mile related Pickup issues.
- Use BI dashboards to track week-on-week improvements, and lead initiatives to reduce RTO, improve speed, and enhance customer experience as we scale.





Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Fulfilment / Logistics / Supply Chain Ops — ideally in
marketplaces, D2C brands, or 3PL companies (Delhivery, XpressBees, Shiprocket, eKart, etc.).
- Robust operational rigor with the ability to deep-dive into data, identify root causes, and drive structured problem solving.
- Solid understanding of 3PL operations, commercial levers, and SLA/TAT metrics.
- Hustle mind-set with comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; someone who can scale processes while getting things done on the ground.
