Urgent Hiring | Accounts Receivable Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Years in Accounts Receivable

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts and outstanding receivables
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collections
- Prepare and reconcile customer account statements
- Coordinate with Billing, Operations, and Finance teams for invoice processing and dispute resolution
- Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, adjustments,



and customer transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience in the Transport/Logistics industry will be an added advantage; however, candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, collections, ageing reports, and MS Excel
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
