- Source top talent for FMCG, Manufacturing & IT clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing, IT & FMCG industry.
- Robust understanding of leadership hiring processes and ability to source high-quality candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations in terms of quality of hire.
