Role & responsibilities & Preferred candidate profile

- Lead enterprise QE transformation with an automation-first, DevOps-integrated approach
- Define scalable QE frameworks, operating models, and governance standards
- Drive shift-left/right practices and release readiness based on quality metrics
- Architect and standardize automation across UI, API, performance, and security testing
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates
Establish KPI-driven governance (DORA, defect leakage, coverage, cycle time)
- Build dashboards for quality visibility and executive reporting
- Lead offshore teams, hiring, upskilling, and QE Community of Practice
- Drive AI-enabled testing (smart generation, self-healing, analytics) and innovation roadmap
- Act as a hands-on architect influencing global stakeholders and engineering excellence

- Standardized tools and frameworks across teams, including:
o BDD: SpecFlow / ReqnRoll
o UI Automation: Selenium, Playwright, UFT
o API Testing: Postman, SoapUI
o Cross-browser: BrowserStack
o Security: Snyk
o Performance: LoadRunner Enterprise
