Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
