Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally via voice support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Solid customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekends off.
