Hiring: HR Manager Sukudo Studios

Location: New Delhi (On-site)

Sukudo Studios is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function and build a high-performing, people-first workplace.

Experience

- 5-6years of HR experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in media, entertainment, IT, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, payroll coordination, and POSH regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HR records, reports,



and key people metrics.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and support business growth.

Skills Required

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of labour laws, POSH compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
