The OpenText NMS Specialist will be a key player in optimizing and implementing network operations management solutions within our ITES organization. This role focuses on leveraging OpenText NMS to enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust network performance.

Description

- 6-9 years of experience in network operations management with expertise in OpenText NMS.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing OpenText NMS solutions in an ITES workplace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using OpenText NMS.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members in technical skills and software usage.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and practices.

Key Responsibilities





- Implement and configure OpenText NMS solutions to optimize network operations management.
- Monitor and analyze network performance using OpenText NMS tools to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenText NMS with other IT systems and business processes.
- Develop and document standards and procedures for network management using OpenText NMS.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues, leveraging OpenText NMS capabilities.
- Lead network projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Train and mentor junior staff in network operations management and OpenText NMS usage.
- Continuously evaluate and improve network operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
