Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market and be comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Required Skills:
- 16 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
