Baba Enterprises is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up on leads, maintaining the sales pipeline, and preparing sales-related documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand and Handle technical specifications in tenders wherever required.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and ongoing orders.
- Maintain and update the sales funnel/CRM with accurate customer information and follow-up status.
- Prepare and send quotations/offers to customers.
- Generate and send Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices (PIs), and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain records of customer communications and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
