About the Role :

We are looking for an accomplished finance professional to lead critical finance and accounting functions for a diversified steel manufacturing organization with operations in India and international markets.

KRA :

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations across manufacturing units and corporate functions.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Oversee plant finance, product costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and profitability reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead internal, statutory, cost, and tax audits while ensuring robust financial controls and governance.
- Develop executive MIS, financial dashboards, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement,



Supply Chain, HR, and Business Leadership to improve operational and financial performance.
- Manage banking relationships, fund management, forex transactions, import/export finance, and international financial operations.
- Drive ERP-based finance transformation, process improvements, automation, and compliance initiatives.

Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 -21 + years of progressive experience in finance and accounts within the Steel Manufacturing industry.
- Robust expertise in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, costing, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, and business finance.
- Experience in handling multi-location operations and exposure to international business.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO) or other leading ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills.
