Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within defined TAT.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major vehicle breakdowns.
- Provide technical support to mechanics during field visits.
- Conduct field audits and submit failure analysis reports.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team for product improvements and engineering updates.
- Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN/ECR) across field vehicles.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed on time.
- Train and mentor mechanics on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service procedures.
- Improve vehicle uptime and service quality through continuous process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,
or Automobile Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in EV, Automotive, or Commercial Vehicle service operations.
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems and service processes.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field support.
