Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
