Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement clinical governance policies and SOPs.
- Lead practitioner screening, credential verification, and onboarding.
- Conduct clinical interviews and approve practitioner profiles.
- Ensure compliance with Indian mental health regulations and ethical standards.
- Design quality assurance frameworks and clinical review processes.
- Create crisis management and safeguarding protocols.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve client experience.
- Train practitioners and internal teams on clinical standards and best practices.
- Support the development of clinical content, matching frameworks, and practitioner guidelines.




- Act as the clinical advisor for strategic business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
- 8+ years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Experience in clinical governance, practitioner credentialing, quality assurance, or mental health leadership.
- Robust knowledge of Indian mental healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in teletherapy, digital health, or mental health startups will be preferred.
