Job Description:•

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Duck Creek Billing solutions.
- Configure billing workflows, invoicing, payment plans, commissions, collections, fees, reminders, and installment schedules.
- Develop and customize Duck Creek Author, Business Rules, and Billing configurations.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and Web Services.
- Perform data mapping, migration, and reconciliation from legacy systems.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct code reviews, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and ensure coding standards.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and client stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
