- Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on Workday implementation projects.
- Develop reports using Workday Reporting tools to analyze data and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations, core connectors, and other technical aspects of the platform.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust knowledge of Workday HCM module including Core Connector, EIB (Extensible Interface Builder), Integration Engine API's etc. .
- Experience in developing complex reports using Workday Reporting tools such as Workday Analytics or Custom Reports.
