About the Role: An emerging, high-demand role for freshers interested in tech without needing to code. You'll use no-code/low-code tools to automate repetitive business processes and connect different apps together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar
- Set up and manage workflows in Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets-based systems
- Identify manual/repetitive tasks across teams and automate them
- Document workflows and train team members on new tools
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations
Requirements:
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfort exploring recent software tools independently
- Basic understanding of spreadsheets/databases is a plus
- Any graduate; engineering/IT background helpful but not required
