Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for the Manufacturing and Engineering industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hiring Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals and possess a proven track record of recruiting for large manufacturing organizations. Candidates with prior experience supporting companies such as pump manufacturing companies, or other engineering/manufacturing organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive talent mapping.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on manufacturing and engineering hiring.
- Strong experience hiring for Supply Chain Management (SCM) roles.
- Experience recruiting for organizations in the Automotive, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Pump Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Stable career history with 23 years of tenure in the current or recent organization.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Solid understanding of the manufacturing talent landscape in North India.
