Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (Domestic Recruitment)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Doctors, Medical Professors, Consultants, Senior/Junior Residents, and other healthcare professionals for Medical Colleges and Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.




- Meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Domestic Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience hiring Doctors, Medical Faculty, or Healthcare Professionals is preferred.
- Good communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period.
