We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Executive / Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, conducting property site visits, and managing the complete sales cycle. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle property inquiries and guide clients based on their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client records.
- Utilize AI tools for lead generation, market research, customer communication, and sales reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process until closure.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide post-sales support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Business Development
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
- Experience in conducting client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and digital sales platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle clients and close sales.
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits with clients.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: 40000 - 60000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
