Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product growth, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical, dermatology, skincare, or healthcare industry and possess strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage product branding, positioning, and lifecycle marketing.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
- Design promotional materials, visual aids, brochures, digital content, and campaign assets.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Build relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Plan and manage conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events.




- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, and prepare periodic management reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 58 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, dermatology, skincare, cosmetics, or healthcare.
- Proven experience in brand management and product marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.

- Experience in dermatology or aesthetic product marketing.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance.
