Drive new and renewal motor insurance business through the Dealer Channel in the assigned region, ensuring process adherence, performance monitoring, and seamless customer service.
Role & responsibilities
- Grow motor insurance business via dealership engagement
- Communicate and manage dealership targets & reviews
- Conduct regular dealer visits to streamline operations
- Ensure compliant solicitation via monthly audits
- Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions
- Monitor 64VB pendency & premium collections
- Conduct dealer manpower training and monitor staffing
- Track business share across dealerships and region
- Drive implementation of Head Office initiatives
- Ensure regulatory and process compliance at dealerships
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in channel sales
- Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Secure career background with solid MS Excel proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively
