Job Description: Tech Project Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Tech Project Associate to support the
implementation of high-impact, technology-enabled initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the
gap between technical execution and project management, leveraging your programming, data
management, and stakeholder-coordination skills to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data
workflows, API integrations, and scripts using Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
Data & Analytics: Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
and leverage cloud platforms for data management and reporting.
Project Management: Support the lifecycle of technology-enabled projects, ensuring
timelines, technical documentations, and delivery standards are met.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between technical teams, external
vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Documentation: Maintain rigorous, high-quality technical documentation, project
reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Degree: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (Dual degrees like B.Tech + M.Tech are also




acceptable).
Institution: Must be from an institution recognized by AICTE / NAAC or affiliated with a
globally/nationally reputed Indian or international University.
Academic Performance: Minimum 75% marks or a CGPA of 7.5 and above is
mandatory.
Experience
Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a technical or
technology-adjacent project role.
Technical Skills & Competencies

Core Programming: Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks,
specifically Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
Data & Cloud Tools: Hands-on experience with data management, API integration,
dashboarding tools (Power BI), and modern cloud platforms.
Domain Familiarity: Prior experience or strong familiarity with digital transformation
or technology-enabled projectsideally within the infrastructure or public sectoris
highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, precise documentation capabilities, and
exceptional stakeholder-coordination skills.
Deployment & Work Conditions
Deployment: 100% full time commitment throughout the project tenure.
Attendance: On-site presence is strictly required and monitored daily via a biometric
attendance system.
