Job Description Sales Executive (Kitchen Appliances & Consumer Electronics)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell kitchen appliances and consumer electronic products.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell kitchen appliances and consumer electronic products..
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, and field visits (if required).
- Keep up to date with product specifications, offers, and market trends.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain sales records and update customer information in CRM or Excel.




- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate (MBA preferred).
- 2-6 years of experience in sales of kitchen appliances, consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail sales.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
