Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end workshop operations and implement Service RECODE processes.
- Achieve workshop targets for job cards, spare parts sales, and labour revenue.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and adherence to service SOPs.
- Monitor workshop productivity, utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and manage spare parts inventory, including VOR cases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Lead, mentor, and manage workshop staff and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH) standards and company policies.
- Conduct maintenance reviews, manpower planning, and workshop audits.

Candidate Profile





- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of workshop/service operations experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good technical knowledge of automotive/commercial vehicles.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EV or commercial vehicle service operations will be an added advantage.
