Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Governance to lead governance initiatives for Gen AI and Machine Learning projects. The role involves project planning, stakeholder management, risk and compliance oversight, governance framework implementation, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end governance projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and AI/ML development teams.
- Drive governance framework implementation, compliance, and risk management.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide executive-level project reporting.
- Define KPIs, monitor project performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change management and adoption of governance practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 18+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Experience managing Gen AI / Machine Learning projects.
- Stakeholder Management and Executive Reporting.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Knowledge of governance standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
