The Head - Finance & Commercial will be responsible for leading the Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Stores functions .

Responsibilities :-

- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for the unit.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and control variable costs, fixed costs, and capital expenditure to achieve budgeted financial targets.
- Co-ordinate with all internal, statutory, tax, and external audits to facilitate smooth conduct of Audits and timely closure of audit observations
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Commercial, HR, and Corporate teams to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Devise effective procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely availability of materials and services
- Ensure optimum inventory levels through effective planning, monitoring, and control mechanisms.

Key Skills :-

- Exposure to Plant Finance, Cost Management, Commercial Operations, Procurement, and Stores Management.
- Experience in SAP (FI/CO/MM) and financial analytics tools preferred.
