Job Summary

Please note: A basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and emerging AI search trends (GEO) is essential.

We are looking for a creative Videographer & Photographer with strong video editing skills who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, capturing professional photographs and videos, editing content, and supporting the Digital Marketing team with content creation for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, and other digital platforms.

A basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and emerging AI search trends (GEO) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography

Capture professional photographs for corporate events, office activities, products, leadership profiles, and branding.

Edit and retouch photographs for marketing, social media, websites, and corporate communications.

2. Videography

Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, interviews, client testimonials, corporate events, product showcases, and social media content.

Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.

Travel for on-site shoots whenever required.

3. Video Editing

Edit videos using professional editing software.

Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, and long-form YouTube content.

Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, music,



and motion elements where required.

4. Digital Marketing Support

Assist the Digital Marketing team in creating visual content for marketing campaigns.

Possess a basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, post scheduling, and content optimisation.

Optimise YouTube content using relevant titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata.

Support content optimisation for AI-powered search engines (Generative Engine Optimisation GEO) to improve content discoverability.

Coordinate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to execute content strategies effectively.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
- Solid photography and videography skills.
- Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO, YouTube optimisation, social media algorithms, and content scheduling.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI-driven search platforms will be an added advantage.
- Creativity with a strong eye for storytelling, composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 13 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Requirement

A portfolio showcasing self-shot videos and photography work is mandatory.
