Role Overview:

Looking for a high-performing backend developer (IC Role) who can own features end-to-

end and deliver fast using AI-assisted development workflows. The role focuses on building

scalable systems with strong emphasis on execution speed and ownership.

Job Summary:

-Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django/Fast.API)

- Build and scale RESTful APIs

- Design and manage relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (NDB/Datastore)

- Develop systems on GCP (Cloud Run / App Engine / Pub/Sub)

- Integrate third-party APIs

- Optimize performance across APIs, DB queries, and system design

- Own complete lifecycle: requirement design development deployment

- Ship quick and iterate based on feedback

AI-Driven Development Expectations

- Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, and optimization





- Convert requirements into working code quickly using LLMs

- Build internal utilities to accelerate development

- Ensure quality and correctness of AI-generated code

Preferred candidate profile

Key Traits (IC Focus)

- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision

- High ownership and accountability

- Ability to move fast and deliver under ambiguity

- Focus on execution over over-engineering

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Experience with Fast API

- Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL

- Experience with NDB / Datastore

- Solid understanding of API and DB design

- Experience with GCP

- Knowledge of Docker and microservices
