About the Role

We are looking for experienced and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executives for a leading jewellery retail showroom in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery products and provide personalized recommendations.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product options.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, making charges, and ongoing offers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Support stock management, inventory verification, and billing coordination.




- Follow company policies, SOPs, and retail operational guidelines.
- Ensure a premium customer experience at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Jewellery Retail Sales is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
