Job Summary: K.R. Mangalam University is seeking a creative and agile Lead Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop content strategies aligned with the university s branding and marketing goals
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, commenting, and responding to messages
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content for campaigns, events, and promotions
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay relevant




- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
- Handle influencer collaborations and digital campaigns when required
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 6 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadline.
