To List down and track latest IS codes/amendments at regular interval
To update standard format for DBR (Design Basis Report) as and when required
To study tender requirements and list down any special condition
To design quantities for carrying out the estimate
To check drawings/ design stadd data including connection design & details received from principal designer and to discuss with designer in case of any discrepancy
To suggest and discuss any value engineering proposal with principal designer & seniors
To approve erection methodology/ erection sequence /QA,QC checks etc.. in discussion with project manager & principal designer
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge & Experience in PEB and conventional steel structure design
Knowledge & Experience in RCC structure design
Knowledge of IS code / American Code
Knowledge of softwares: STADD / ETABS/ RCDC/SECURE/AutoCAD
