Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive BIM Manager - Telecom ICT with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Telecom ICT modeling and coordination for data center projects. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of BIM software, and experience using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model collaboration and project management. This role requires coordinating with internal teams, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth BIM workflows and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Coordination

- Manage BIM execution for MEP services in data center projects from concept to construction.
- Develop and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows.
- Perform interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Supervise federated model creation, updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Building & Guidance

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of BIM modelers, coordinators, and junior engineers.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and drive performance and quality.
- Conduct periodic team reviews and technical sessions to maintain standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement





- Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related communications with clients and consultants.
- Present BIM models, coordination status, and technical reports during review meetings.
- Ensure client expectations are met with a high level of professionalism and technical accuracy.

Quality & Standards

- Maintain strict adherence to project and company BIM standards and quality protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Drive adoption of best practices in modeling, documentation, and collaboration.

Technology & Process Enhancement

- Leverage BIM 360 / ACC for model sharing, clash management, document control, and progress tracking.
- Stay current with emerging BIM tools and trends and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and digital delivery teams to integrate tools and optimize BIM processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in BIM, with at least 5 years in a BIM managerial role
- Proven experience in data center MEP projects is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in:
- Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

- Experience with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA LOD definitions)
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and client interaction skills

Preferred Certifications:

- Autodesk Certified Skilled Revit MEP
- Certified BIM Manager (e.g., RICS, Zigurat, etc.)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred, not mandatory)

Mandatory Conditions:

- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Noida as per project requirements.
- Candidate must be open to travel PAN India for on-site coordination and project execution.
