Join me in Noida / Delhi NCR to build RFID + IoT solutions end-to-end: hardware manufacturing + embedded + cloud dashboards + integrations. This is a co-founder role for someone serious about execution, who can invest up to 5 lakh, has been a director in at least one company, and can work together physically. What you will do

- Co-own product direction: choose the right RFID + IoT use-cases, and execute to customer-ready demos.
- Drive hardware + software delivery: readers/tags, embedded integration, backend APIs, dashboards, and deployments.
- Own manufacturing/partner discussions: vendor selection, BOM planning, prototypes, quality checks, and iterations.
- Support customer meetings and pilots: understand requirements, propose solutions, and close execution gaps fast.
- Build repeatable systems: documentation, process, and a reliable deployment + support workflow.

Must have

- High ownership and genuine passion for building an RFID + IoT business (not a side-hustle mindset).
- 5+ years of experience in IoT software or IoT hardware (required).
- Hands-on experience in IoT or RFID (projects, pilots, integrations, devices, deployments, or product builds).
- Ability to invest up to 5 lakh (INR) towards business growth (prototypes, inventory, operations,



etc.).
- You have been a director in the past for at least 1 company (required).
- You are based in Noida / Delhi NCR and can work together physically (required).
- Robust communication and execution: you follow through and finish what you start.

Nice to have

- Experience with RFID hardware ecosystems (reader SDKs, antenna selection, tag performance, field testing).
- Manufacturing exposure (sourcing, QA, certifications, packaging, inventory, logistics).
- Experience selling B2B solutions (demos, pilots, proposals, procurement workflows).
- Prior experience building a team (hiring, mentoring, delivery accountability).
