Moolchand Hospital is hiring an experienced Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to manage end-to-end finance operations. The role requires strong hands-on exposure in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Finance, audits, reconciliations, and monthly closures, along with effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client handling & account servicing

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business teams

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control & Collections

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), vendor payments & reconciliations

- Maintain Books of Accounts & Bookkeeping

- Perform monthly closing & financial reconciliations

- Handle statutory compliances:

- GST

- TDS

- Audit support

- Ensure accuracy in balance sheet activities & reporting

- Drive process improvements & receivables automation





- Prepare CRM & MIS reports/dashboards for management review

- Support smooth finance operations using SAP Finance

Mandatory Candidate Requirements (Strict):

Academic Criteria (Mandatory):

- Regular full-time education only

- Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation

- (Candidates below 60% will not be considered)

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

- Robust finance & accounting background mandatory

Experience:

- 3-6 years in Accounts / Finance Operations

- Hands-on SAP Finance experience is mandatory

- Strong exposure to AR/AP, audits & monthly closure
