The Vice President Chairmans Office is a senior leadership role acting as a strategic advisor and operational anchor to the Chairman, ensuring governance, operational excellence, and alignment across all business units by monitoring, validating, and approving critical matters before presenting accurate and actionable insights for final decision-making.

Qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- Company Secretary (CS) / ICWA / CMA Preferred

Experience:
Minimum 20+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end oversight of business units, including manufacturing operations, finance, commercial, and SCM.

- Review, validate, and approve all proposals, reports, and key decisions before submission to the Chairman.

- Drive performance monitoring, gap analysis, and corrective actions across functions.

- Lead strategic initiatives, business expansion,



and project execution including civil and infrastructure development.

- Ensure financial discipline, cost optimization, and commercial effectiveness.

- Strengthen procurement and negotiation frameworks for high-value transactions.

- Maintain strict governance, compliance, and data integrity standards.

- Act as a bridge between Chairman and leadership team, ensuring alignment and execution.
