Job Summary:
We are looking for a mature and skilled Branch Head / Key Account Manager who can handle client accounts, order processing, and overall coordination. The candidate should be strong in communication (email & calls) and capable of managing client relationships smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
* Manage order processing from confirmation to dispatch.
* Generate and share invoices after order confirmation.
* Coordinate with clients for payments and follow-ups.
* Communicate professionally over emails and phone calls.
* Coordinate internally with warehouse and operations team.
* Ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery.
* Handle client queries, issues, and escalations.
* Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and payments.
Requirements:
* 3 to 6 years experience in client handling / key account management.
* Strong communication skills (Email + Phone).
* Good knowledge of invoicing and order cycle.
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, emails, documentation).
* Mature, responsible, and professional approach.
* Ability to handle pressure and multiple clients.
Preferred Candidate:
* Male candidate only.
* Experience in mobile / electronics / distribution industry is a plus
* Strong personality with good client dealing skills.
* Knowledge of Tally would be an added advantage.
