About the Role

Entab Infotech is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst Dashboard & Reporting who will be responsible for managing business reports, dashboards, and data insights using Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide actionable business intelligence, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.

This role requires expertise in Zoho CRM, reporting, data analysis, MIS, dashboard creation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Reporting

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for senior management.
- Monitor business KPIs and present actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
- Develop automated reports to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Track departmental performance and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Zoho CRM Management

- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM data integrity and accuracy.
- Create and customize CRM reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom modules as per business requirements.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead management, customer interactions, and business performance.
- Identify gaps in CRM processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for CRM enhancements and automation.

Business Analysis

- Analyze business performance data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare management presentations based on business insights and KPIs.
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks across departments and suggest process improvements.




- Ensure timely reporting and accurate data collection from all departments.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for data collection and reporting.
- Work closely with management to understand reporting requirements and implement new dashboards.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and report submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Applications, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Development, or CRM Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards).
- Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS, ERP, EdTech, or IT organizations.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
- Understanding of sales operations and CRM workflows.
- Experience in business process improvement and automation.
